The MBA runs full-time for 45 weeks from October to September each year. The programme is designed within the university's modular framework of 180 credits for a Masters Award including sub-awards of Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits) and Postgraduate Diploma (120 Credits). These awards may be obtained if a student elects to leave before the programme is fully completed.

The MBA programme is concerned with the development of students as managers, and you will frequently participate in applied problem-solving, role-playing, and experiential learning. Other teaching methods include lectures, workshops, case studies, simulations, presentations and applied projects.

Students are formed at an early stage into Peer Learning Support Groups. These cross-cultural groups have tasks to complete and encourage the development of additional study support and a further tier of independent working. Assessment methods will include individual, assignments; presentations, portfolio building and time constrained assignments.
