Entry requirements
Applicants must:

  • Complete the equivalent of a four-year U.S. bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Meet a quantitative analysis requirement and possess minimum English language skills
  • Take the GMAT
  • Apply to each school, college, or department of interest if pursuing a dual degree

Fees

The Foster MBA Program offers a very good value. Out-of-state tuition is $30,500 per year and Washington residents pay $20,300. Other annual expenses are estimated at approximately $25,811:

  • Local transportation: $1,924
  • Personal expenses: $3,020
  • MBA Association dues (for two years): $235
  • MBA Club dues: $200
  • Health Insurance: $1,600

Scholarships/funding available

Financial aid is available from the University of Washington and the Foster School of Business in the form of loans, work-study, scholarships, and academic employment. All admitted applicants are considered for merit-based scholarships. Once admitted, students may also apply for other Foster School of Business scholarships.
