Student Body Rutgers MBA students come from nearly 100 U.S. colleges and universities and more than 60 foreign schools in 29 countries. Their average age is 27, and the average student arrives at Rutgers with more than four years of work experience. The diversity of the student body is enhanced by the number of part-time students who bring to the classroom the issues and situations that they face in their jobs on a daily basis.
