MBA International offered by Athens University of Economics & Business is a world-class program particularly suited in the global, dynamically changing, and technology-driven business environment. It is accredited by AMBA, the Association of MBAs, and is ranked among the top ten MBAs in Europe and the top 30 MBAs worldwide (ReportED).

By blending an exceptional mix of students from more than 20 countries, with top faculty and companies from throughout the world, AUEB aspires to set a new standard in business education internationally. AUEB's MBA International curriculum offers a high degree of flexibility. An impressive list of 60 elective courses falling under eight cutting-edge specializations besides the general business administration track, allows students to fit the degree to their specific needs and interests.

One of the outstanding features of the program is a Personal Skills Development Program that runs throughout the academic year and enables students to identify key weaknesses and strengths through various tools and implement a personal development action plan. Another key component of the program is the Field Study Project (FSP) that gives to the students the opportunity to work on consulting projects with leading companies from all business sectors and put into action their knowledge, skills, and managerial qualities.

Besides the very broad curriculum, a very rich extracurricular program is available, whose main features are company days, business games, and competitions etc.

The program is supported by a dedicated Career and Alumni Relations Office that assists students with launching or further developing their career path through various career fairs and networking events.

The program's graduates are highly sought after in the employment market; 1/3 of them already get their first job offers while at the FSP stage. Ninety-five percent of them are being offered a job within three months after graduation, while their further careers have an impressive growth track internationally.

Entry requirements

We are looking for candidates with very good academic background and a minimum of three years' business experience. Fluency in English and practical knowledge of a second language are essential. Candidates for the full-time program are also required to take the GMAT test (minimum of 600). When assessing your suitability for the program, we look for managerial and leadership potential, intellectual capacity, personal motivation and maturity, and interpersonal skills.

Scholarships/funding available

A number of scholarships for full-time students are available from sponsor companies. In addition, a limited number of research and teaching assistantships are offered to good candidates.

All programs start in September of every year.

Application deadline

The program has a rolling admissions process, so early application is advised. There are two deadlines for the September intake: round 1 :January 31; round 2 : May 31.
