University of St. ThomasOverview
The University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business has offered the MBA program for 33 years. A tradition steeped in entrepreneurship and values has paved the way to developing robust and relevant programming. UST offers Full-time, Evening, Executive, and Healthcare MBA programs. More than 15,000 UST MBA alumni reside in 107 countries leading to worldwide networking opportunities.

A Curriculum of Relevance
Building on a base of rigorous academics, UST MBA students experience unique elements like business simulations, leadership and communication labs, internationally renowned executive speakers, student-run clubs, and business consulting projects with Minnesota-based organizations.

Students gain invaluable experience in an internship specific to their field of interest. Internship employers have included Fortune 500 corporations, mid-size to small companies, and new venture start-ups.

Excellence with a Personal Approach
UST MBA faculty bring a unique combination of business, research, and academic experience to the classroom. Students work in a cohort (team) model which allows them to develop close working relationships with peers. Small class sizes ensure that students get to know faculty as mentors and coaches.

Ethics Integration
The University of St. Thomas has a rich history of incorporating ethics into its curriculum. Ethics at St. Thomas is not just an "add on" or a stand-alone course; it is integrated throughout the program.

Placement and the Business Network
UST MBA Career Services provides relevant tools and resources to plan and build a career at every stage of one's professional life. Students receive personalized attention for their job and internship search through networking events, on-campus interviewing, customized career workshops, and many other activities. UST MBA students are connected to a powerful network of more than 55,000 St. Thomas alumni, many of whom hold a wide range of leadership positions in a broad spectrum of organizations such as 3M, Microsoft, Accenture, Medtronic, Target, and Best Buy.

The Twin Cities
Minneapolis and St. Paul make up the core of a metropolitan area with more than 3.5 million residents--the 16th largest in the United States. With an energetic business community, nationally renowned cultural institutions, and the beauty of the "Land of 10,000 Lakes."
