Overview The overall objective of both programs offered by the UNCW Cameron School of Business is the development of the broadly educated professional manager who is prepared to meet the changing demands of the global environment.

- Applying integrated learning methodology to functions of business including accountancy, economics, finance, marketing, business regulation and legal environment, information systems, organizational behavior, and production and operations management
- Developing analytical and quantitative skills applicable to effective business decision-making
- Thinking about current and future challenges facing business leaders
International Master of Business Administration This full-time program combines a term of study at UNCW and a term at one of our International Business School Alliance (IBSA) partners in Europe. The first term focuses on gaining core international business knowledge. Students can choose an area of specialization at a partner school in the second term--international finance is UNC Wilmington's specialization area.

Professional Master of Business Administration Designed for the working professional, courses for the 24-month program meet two nights a week and one Saturday a month for the first 15 months. Emphasizing a team-based approach, students gain functional knowledge in all business areas using lecture and case-based learning and apply that knowledge to a variety of real problems facing regional, national, and international firms. Students have the opportunity to complete a practicum project for their own organization.
