Why did you choose the MBA program at Marymount?
For me, it was not really about career advancement; I just wanted to continue to learn. I chose Marymount because the school had everything I was looking for--small class size, talented professors, as well as a convenient location and schedule. I wanted a smaller school and when I attended an open house, I really liked the faculty and staff that I met.

How would you sum up your experience of earning your MBA at this school?
I'd say it was top-shelf. I got a well-rounded, diverse educational experience through my association with professors and fellow students, and the breadth of the curriculum really broadened my business knowledge. The MBA focused on everything from finance, to economics, to business law. I capped off my graduate study with a study abroad trip to Brussels that was designed to let us experience the global business environment. In a condensed time frame, we got to really see the corporate culture of the European Union. It was phenomenal!

What would you say to a prospective student to encourage him or her to consider Marymount for graduate study?
It's something I say now when talking to colleagues or to anyone about going back to school. Business isn't necessarily that hard: A lot of the time the answers are right in front of you. You just need to figure them out. If you go to MU, the education will open your eyes to things you didn't see before and help you get to the answers. If you want to increase your income and become more successful, it makes all the sense in the world to go back to school. The education I got at Marymount really contributes to my everyday work at RedPeg because it helps me make better business decisions.
