The College of Estate Management, which is based on the campus of the University of Reading, is the leading international body providing distance learning education and training services to the real estate professions and construction industry. Today the College provides a wide variety of flexible services and web-supported distance learning courses, which are designed to enhance individual career prospects and improve corporate performance.
MBA in Construction and Real Estate The MBA in Construction and Real Estate is a 2 3/4 year course taught by web-supported, distance learning. It starts in September and March each year. Traditional MBAs treat management as an independent discipline that may be applied to all industries. The MBA in Construction and Real Estate, however, focuses directly on the construction and property environment from which course members are drawn. The course offers professionals, whose time is at a premium, an opportunity both to reinforce their existing management skills and knowledge and to develop new areas of expertise within the construction and real estate industries.
