Career History
Nichol Greene has more than eight years of management experience in human resources administration. She was one of the founding members of a start-up technology firm in Baltimore, Maryland, where she had the opportunity to create and execute business strategy initiatives.

As I progressed through my management career, I knew I could take my personal achievements and professional development to a higher level by obtaining an MBA degree. Being part of a management team in a start-up technology firm, I had the opportunity to see firsthand what it takes to develop and implement business strategies and objectives. As my MBA education reaches completion and I have gained a new business perspective, I can now look back at that opportunity and see where I could have added more value!

I looked at several MBA programs and I found that the Katz program fit my personal and professional goals the best. I felt that the small class sizes, friendly and supportive community, and class offerings to be the perfect combination. The Katz program allowed me to create my own program concentration by offering a wide variety of course options. The program also offers a business coaching component, which I felt was extremely helpful during the program and is something I will continue to use as I reenter the professional arena.

In addition, I found the multicultural atmosphere to be an extremely enlightening experience that I will never forget. After my first semester in the program, I knew I had found the best opportunity ever.

As I enter back into the workforce, I believe I have so much more to offer any organization. My MBA experience has truly added what I knew was missing from my professional development--strengthening of my analytical skills and a greater understanding of how all facets of a business are truly intertwined. I look forward to applying my skills and experience to an innovative and challenging work environment. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who desires a close-knit environment and the flexibility of course selection.
