- A good degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of three years' work experience,
- For applicants whose first language is not English, a minimum of a IELTS score of 6.5 or a TOEFL score of 590.

- MBA in International Management: 16 months.
- MBA in Public Service Management: three years.
