What will I study? The MBA is a combination of core and optional modules. The first stage provides you with a practical introduction to the key knowledge techniques and skills required to manage effectively in today's organisations. As part of the Integrated Management module you will take part in a three-day residential activity in the UK. It combines fun, learning and development and is also a chance for you to get to know your fellow students.
In the second stage modules you will step back and take a more holistic view of organisations, and develop more strategic thinking skills. The final stage helps you to further develop your critical thinking skills. The focus is on the enhancement of your strategic management expertise through high quality application-orientated learning. The modules at this level encourage a deeper understanding of the challenges of strategy and its implementation. The emphasis is on the integration of contemporary theory and practice. You will also complete a substantial Independent Study in which you'll develop and demonstrate your powers of rigorous analysis, critical enquiry, clear expression and independent judgement.
