The MBA programmes
International MBA (full-time)
The International MBA programme, created in 1972 and taught in English, is designed to be a fast track to global business management. In the 2006/07 class, 65% of the students were from foreign countries and their average age was 30.

In the first semester (October-March), 14
core courses stress fundamental management concepts (ie finance, marketing, human-resource management, strategy, organisational behaviour, international business law and ethics, and personal development etc).

The 2nd semester (March-June) offers a large range of elective subjects in France or abroad, based on the system of a free-choice curriculum with four optional concentrations: finance, marketing, management, and wine and luxury management. Compulsory for all students, the business plan can be completed by an optional internship.

From this year, the flexible course design allows International MBA participants to attend the second semester on a part-time basis with electives subjects to be taken between March and December.

Part of the course can be studied at our partner universities: Nottingham University (UK), Escuela de Negocios Seville and Madrid (Spain), Tsinghua University (China), Egade Tec de Monterrey (Mexico), Florida International University and Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA).

A career guidance service has been specially designed to assist MBA students in job hunting, which includes public-speaking seminars, personal coaching, meetings with companies and headhunters, conferences and corporate presentations, placing CVs on international MBA websites, and access to the RMS alumni network (with 19,500 members).

Executive MBA (part-time)
The Executive MBA is a part-time programme running on an 18-month basis and geared towards executives and managers. The 15 intensive 3-day seminars, taught in English, prepare participants for dealing efficiently with managing customer satisfaction, increasing share value for shareholders and developing strategic thinking.

The seminars are completed by three study weeks held abroad. In 2007/08, study trips will be organised in South Africa, USA and China in association with partner universities. Completed by a business plan, the Executive MBA programme is designed to help participants achieve excellence in strategic management.

For the 2007/08 class, the average professional experience is 15 years and their average age is 40. Executive MBA students are provided with career development services and personal development courses (ie career development, coaching, public speaking, leadership and communication etc).
