The MBA This MBA programme, delivered either full time over one year or part time over two-and-a-half years, has been designed for the ambitious manager who wishes to gain a high-quality MBA. Forming a strategic view involves getting to grips with both the internal and external realities, and uncertainties of an organisation's situation. To meet this objective, the MBA aims to develop some conceptual frameworks for thinking about business. The aim of the programme is not simply to provide knowledge and skills that will assist in the analysis of situations in a disciplined way, but also to enhance managerial judgement by helping to modify or reinforce what has been learnt from experience. Assisting managers to learn how to learn by becoming conscious of the concepts they use is a major theme of the MBA.
The programme fee includes:
- AMBA membership fees
- Chartered Management Institute Guaranteed Membership Scheme fees
- programme texts and materials
- a weekend management development residential
- a one-week overseas residential.
'A combination of excellent teaching, major insights into the real issues of management and small group focus made it a thoroughly stimulating and enjoyable year.' Robert Shoard, Consultant, London
